1. General conditions
A buyer agrees to accept General conditions for goods/item delivery announced by the Seller. Unless the contract provides otherwise, these conditions are binding on both, the buyer and the seller. Conditions specify and clarify the rights and obligations of the seller (firm MILITARY RANGE Ltd.) and its customers (buyers).
Unless there isn’t a permanent contract between the seller and a customer, goods will be delivered on a basic of electronic, telephone or personal order as per customer specification (orders received via e-mail) on a form which is available at customer registration in our online shop.
As a subject of the contract can be named only the items which are specifically listed in the sales contract – order form (hereinafter goods). Weight, dimension, capacity, price and other information contained on the web site www.militaryrange.com, www.militarysklad.cz, in catalogs, brochures and other printed materials are non-binding information, unless explicitly specified in the contract as binding.
MILITARY RANGE Armyshop Ltd. (hereinafter the seller) agrees to deliver its customers:
- goods in conformity with the specifications or characteristics common to a given commodity
- complying with standards, rules and regulations applicable in the Czech Republic
- equipped with instruction manuals as required by the nature of goods in Czech language and with warranty certificates if for a given commodity usual
2. Basic information
We focus on customer satisfaction at first place. For this we conform all our activities and behavior of our employees. As for the best communications with our customers, we are regularly updating our products and prices from manufacturers around the world, so we are able to give our customers the best price and quality. With us you get an opportunity give your purchased goods within 30 days back no matter what the problem was and you will get you money back. 4. The buyer – customer
Individual or legal entity who makes a binding order from our catalog. The current range of goods is published on www.militaryrange.com or www.militarysklad.cz.
5. Purchase Order
The contract is a binding order. Based on this order sale of goods will be realized. The order becomes binding at the time it’s accepted by the seller. The order must include following informations: name and address of the purchaser, the number of items accurately specified goods, required payment method, method of delivery, the price for goods and delivery fees.
If there is no breach of the conditions agreed at the time of ordering, the order is considered as binding for both, the seller and the customer.
6. Price of goods
Prices are same on the internet as in our store. The buyer get’s price which is valid at the time of ordering. Current prices are listed on our website. Prices listed in our printed price list remain valid till the new price list is issued. The seller reserves rights to misprints and price changed in case of exchange rate changes, with a significant increase on inflation or significant changes in supply conditions of producers and other suppliers. There may be a discount for some goods, however this is always limited by time. The seller reserves rights to cancel a discount in case these goods is sold out.
7. Goods informations
Description and technical specifications of the goods that appear on our website or in printed catalog are based on informations from manufacturers and may change over time. The seller reserves rights to change or modify these informations if needed. Also errors in the description and technical specifications reserved.
8. Delivery conditions and fees for transport

Včasná informovanost o doručení zásilky obdržíte SMS nebo email s informacemi o zásilce, v den doručení vás bude kurýr informovat s upřesněním času doručení zásilky. 9. Payments for goods and shipping
The seller have property rights of goods till full payment of the purchase price. Total price can be paid by the buyer/customer in cash, cash on delivery, bank transfer or online payment.
The invoice issued under a contract between the seller and the buyer is also a tax receipt. Unless agreed otherwise, acceptance of goods by the buyer is possible only after the full payment of the order.In case of any delay with the payment the buyer is obliged to pay the seller late payment fees of the unpaid amount of 0.1% of the amount stated on the invoice for each day of late payment as per Act. no. 253/2004 Sb. about the VAT. Unless this Act provides otherwise, taxable transactions are considered as made as per contract delivery date, in other cases, as per payment receipt or whichever is earlier.
10.Terms of delivery
Deliveries of purchased goods are subject to availability of products and operational capacity of the seller implemented as soon as possible. The time of delivery, which is places on the website is only approximate and may change. Delivery and pick up point is established on the basis of the order. Transportation to the destination is provided by the seller. The consignment of goods is always insured and equipped with tax documents.
Day of delivery – as per Act no. 513/1991, §412 – goods delivery
Delivery of goods is provided by the carrier of the vendor. Price for delivery is governed by the current price list of the carrier. In case you do not manage to pick up your shipment please call us or send an e-mail to
expedice@militaryrange.com and we will re-send you shipment again. If this happens again, you will be charged additional postage at the same amount as the first order.
11.Delivery time
Delivery time begins to run from the date of receipt of a binding order under the conditions for receiving all materials necessary for the timely processing of delivery. In case all required goods are in stock, the seller undertakes to deliver this within 24 hours (does not apply on public holidays and days off – weekend). Time delivery will be extender according to the circumstances, if the delay is due to Force majeure or caused by the Seller.
We will inform you about your ordes status via e-mail you provided during registration.
Most of the goods are permanently in stock. However, since our range is quite big we are not able to have all goods in stock. Atypical goods are issued as per purchase order from the buyer/customer. This may be a situation where producers have outage of the product or delays, so delivery time can be substantially increased.
Delivery time is considered as fulfilled in time if the goods are ready at the place on the last day of the agreed or subsequently agreed delivery time. If the seller is not able to fulfill this within 60 calendar days is obliged to return all funds expended for the current purchase order (purchase agreement) on the bank account of the purchaser/customer.
The seller Armyshop MILITARY RANGE Ltd reserves law of unavailability of some goods, especially for used clothing. All orders are non-binding. We are not able to cover all orders, especially of the used clothing, in terms of the unavailability of all sizes. Thank you for your understanding.
12. Cancellation of purchase orders by customer
The buyer can cancel the order if not shipped yet. The buyer can cancel a reservation via e-mail
expedice@militaryrange.com or by phone at +420 476 112 350. In case the shipment has been shipped, the seller has the rights to claim 300 CZK as compensation. In this case, the seller must substantiate any evidence of shipment.
13. Cancellation of purchase order by the seller
The seller reserves the rights to cancel the order or its part if the following:
- goods are not produce anymore, not delivered or are no longer in stock
- Chosen size of the item/goods is not possible to get
- Product price had been significantly changed or was incorrectly calculated
In case the buyer paid a part or full amount, this amount will be recovered as cash or on the buyer bank account in the shortest possible therm.
14. Returning the goods
Our goal is your full satisfaction with the products you have purchased with us. The buyer has the rights to exchange for other item/goods or to refund 100% of the paid amount within 30 calendar days. The period is counted from the date of receipt of goods by the buyer until the date of receipt of goods by the seller. Costs for shipping are not refundable. The first exchange is free of charge; other exchanges are according to price list of the carrier.
Returning does not apply on:
- Used goods (sales of warehouse and military surplus)
- Supplies (ropes, lighters etc.)
- Goods, which is subject to copyright (books, CDs etc.)
- Goods, which is not normally in stock and was ordered for a particular customer
- Goods, which has a defect (in this case it’s necessary to follow up the Complaints Procedure)
- New items that appear signs of use
- Goods without the original packing or accessories
- Individual items where price was reduced in condition to purchase another product (able to return the whole package only)
Returning procedure:
- The buyer will deliver goods on his own costs with a copy of the invoice or a receipt to the address below: MILITARY RANGE Ltd.
- In case you use shipping services please do send this as a package or as valuable package. Packages which are sent as cash on delivery will not be taken over.
- The seller is not responsible for any damage during the shipment. Please do wrap it carefully when sending back
- The buyer is entitled for refunding the money unless the goods are in 100% condition and shows no signs of use
- The seller will refund only the price paid for goods (not shipping costs, packaging etc.)
- After receiving complete and undamaged goods, including original packaging and accessories and all the above documents are returned to the seller an amount will be return in cash or on the bank account. The seller agrees to pay the amount within 14 days after goods receipt
- Opening hours of this department: Monday till Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
15. Warranty and service
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery to the purchaser or end user during the sale. The seller provides a guarantee for quality and completeness of the delivery. New equipment is provided with a guarantee of 24 months. The warranty does not apply to second-hand goods which are marked in text as “used”. Any damage which is detected by the buyer should be announced in writing or by phone within 3 days after the receipt. Complaint letter must include date of delivery, product name, claim amount, the description of defects and proposal for compensation. The seller will reply to this letter within 30 days of receipt.
The warranty does not cover:
- on mechanical damage of the product, intentional or unintentional damage caused by improper or inadequate treatment of the buyer or third parties
- on normal wear and tear
- on goods which was repaired
- use of the product under conditions for which are not addressed to
- damages caused by inevitable events
Dear customer, please note there are two different concepts; the warranty period and service life of the product, where the service life of the product is given by the way of use and may not always be the same as the warranty period.
16. Reclamation
To achieve your full satisfaction we offer products for which we are fully confident about the quality. If there still is a reason for claim, please follow up those few steps so we can deal with you claim as soon as possible.
Damage caused during the shipment
The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the goods and refuse to accept incomplete or damaged shipments. If you still find damage after receipt of a shipment, please write a notice to the seller by email on
expedice@militaryrange.com within 24 hours (together with name, order number and description of damage). Our department will ensure the quickest replacement. After 24 hours period goods cannot be replace.
Complaints within the warranty period
The buyer is obliged to give a notice of defects to seller immediately after the defects found.
The condition for acceptance is applicable during the warranty period, which is 24 months.
Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized use or damage caused by extarnal events and incorrect handling, warranty does not cover such a defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear things (or parts) caused by use. Shorter product life cannot be considered as a fault and therefor there is no reason to complain. The seller undertakes to repair or replace defective goods within 30 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods.

Please do wrap it carefully when sending back. The seller is not responsible for any damage during shipment. Packages which are sent as cash on delivery will not be taken over. Please note package must be equipped with a copy of the invoice or a receipt and warranty card. The buyer/customer will be informed about the complaint procedure by an e-mail which he provided during the registration.
Complaint procedure – footwear
- must send a complete footwear (both shoe)
- footwear must by dry
- properly cleaned and stripped of all impurities
- removed from any health defects
17. Conclusion
These terms and conditions apply as stated on the website on the day when electronic purchase order is sent, unless the parties agreed otherwise. When a contract framework, the buyer has the rights to withdraw from the contract if after signing, conditions of the contract significantly change. You automaticaly agree with those changes when submiting an order after the date on which the contract conditions changed.
Abdication is valid from the date when deliver to the seller, however this does not apply on shipment handover to the carrier.
When sending electronic order, the buyer accepts all general conditions at the date the order is sent as well as the price of the goods (including any dispatch and transportation costs) listed in the price list on the website of Army Shop
www.militaryrange.com, if not stated otherwise. The buyer is bounded by the contract/purchase order. Participants agree under § 262 Trade Act. that unless the conditions expressly stated otherwise, their rights and obligations are obey by the the Business Law.
