I am looking for goods which is not in your item menu.

Usually it’s possible as we do business with companies from all over the world. In case you find your required item in our catalogue or in producer catalogue we are advertising on-line there will be no problem. However, item must be in stock or still available (could be out of stock or unmade).

Is it possible to look for an item not only per name but per producer as well?

Of course it’s possible. You can simply see the extended search. Here you can look for an item per producer, purchase order number, price or just browse discount, news etc.

Is the registration necessary?

No, it’s not. You can simply add item to the shopping basket and go to cash point. We recommend the registration in case you will shop with us regularly as you will be able to add/edit your order, see the history and actual status + we are preparing discounts and other bonuses.

I chose payment bank wire, what is the next step?

I chose payment online, what is the next step?Please wait while we send an invoice on your email. Since ehop is not connected with our trading system, billing contract will be different from your order. It could happen that your payment won’t be pair with an invoice and in this case we will have to manually search for your payment and an order and after that send you your goods. Except for weekends and public holidays we usually issue proforma invoice the same day as your order.

Is it possible to get any discount?

You will get automatic discount if your order is over 250 USD, as well as if your order is over 100 USD you are not paying for delivery service (this is not the case you order goods which is over size or weigh limit or is shipped abroad). In case you are registered permanent customer you can get individual discount or a discount when ordering bigger one-off order.

Can I change or modify my order?

Yes, you can change or modify your order anytime and free of change. The only thing you have to do is contact us via email or telephone and tell us which product/item you would like to add, cancel or change. Please be aware you can modify orders which aren’t packed or ready to be sent. In case you would like to merge new order with the previous one/the one which wasn’t send yet please add this wording into notes field (you can save money for delivery service).

How do I know my order is being process?

If you are registered customer you can track down your order status via order history. If there is any change in your order status we will also let you know via information email.

Is it possible to track down my parcel?

In the information email or in order history you can find the tracking number for your shipment. Please visit the website of the delivery service/courier you have chosen when ordering goods (ČP, PPL, UPS, DHL) There you can track it down when entering your tracking number into their system.

Can I pick up my order personally in your store?

If your order is ready to be picked up (you received an information email) you can pick it up in the store you are chosen when processing your order.

I wasn’t able to pick up my shipment, is it possible to re-send it again?

Yes, even this could happen. If this is the case, please contact us via email or phone and your shipment will be forward again. We will charge you for another re-sending as per standard delivery terms and conditions. (Valid only for the Czech Republic)

Is it possible to order goods personally in your store?

Yes, it is possible. You can visit our store in Litvinov or Usti nad Labem. It’s more convenient for you as the goods will be order directly from our store and then you can be 100% sure your goods is available.

I chose wrong size, it the exchange possible?

Of course the exchange is possible. You can send an item you would like to change to our central store in Litvinov. This must be send in original cover together with a copy of the invoice and note what size you are requiring. First exchange is free of charge, next and another one will be changed as per terms and conditions.
